Last Updated: March 4, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Internet Hub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. The Platform is operated by Internet Hub, LLC..
2. User Accounts and Conduct
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content where prohibited.
- Harass, abuse, or dox other users.
- Spam, manipulate votes, or use automated bots to scrape the Platform.
- Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violating these rules.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and distribute your content across the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your content.
4. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
The Platform offers two distinct types of transactions, handled by separate payment processors:
- First-Party Purchases: Users may purchase direct, first-party digital goods and premium site subscriptions from Internet Hub (processed via Polar).
- Creator Subscriptions & Tips: Users may also purchase recurring subscriptions or send tips to support independent creators on the Platform (processed exclusively via Stripe).
- No Physical Goods: We do not sell or ship physical goods; therefore, no physical return policy is applicable.
- Refund Policy: Because our platform provides immediate access to digital goods and exclusive content, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support before opening a dispute with your bank.
- Subscriptions: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Virtual "Coins" and Platform Awards
Users may purchase virtual currency ("Coins") to utilize platform features, such as awarding content. All purchases of "Coins" are processed exclusively through Stripe. Polar is strictly not used for the sale or processing of virtual currencies.
- Coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for fiat currency by the purchaser or the recipient.
- Coins are non-transferable outside of their intended use on the Platform.
- All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable.
6. Creator Payouts
Users who utilize our platform to receive subscription payments or tips ("Creators") are subject to the terms of our marketplace payment processor (Stripe Connect). Polar is not utilized for any creator payouts, tips, or marketplace facilitation. Creators are solely responsible for paying any applicable income taxes on their earnings. We reserve the right to withhold payouts, claw back funds, or terminate accounts if a Creator engages in fraud, excessive chargebacks, or violates our content policies.
7. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our Platform, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at the email provided below.
8. Export Restrictions
Our services are subject to United States export controls. By using our platform, you confirm you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods or services.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
